2016 Ford Focus ST, about 139,500 miles. I keep watching cars creep past what I planned because the last few minutes become emotional. How do experienced buyers set a maximum that includes fees, shipping, tax and immediate maintenance?

If it were mine, I would verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2016 Ford Focus before committing to a big repair.
