2016 Subaru WRX — wireless CarPlay drops at the same intersection

2016 Subaru WRX STI, about 138,000 miles. Wireless CarPlay is reliable almost everywhere but disconnects at the same intersection on my commute. Does consistent location point strongly to RF interference, and what would you test to confirm? I would rather test this logically than replace parts. I am trying not to assume the first explanation I see online.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2016 Subaru WRX before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2016 Subaru WRX in Texas with 138,000 miles. No need to make it theatrical. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2016 Subaru WRX, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. I'd do that before spending real money. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2016 Subaru WRX in Texas, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. I'd do that before spending real money. On “wireless carplay drops at the same intersection,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Any freeze-frame data saved? I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.
