2017 Audi Q7 3.0T, about 123,500 miles. A windshield was replaced and now there is a whistle around highway speed that did not exist before.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2017 Audi Q7 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
