2018 Ford Mustang GT — good independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection?

Looking at a used car locally and want a genuinely independent PPI, preferably someone familiar with this brand. What do you ask the shop to include besides a basic scan and lift inspection? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2018 Ford Mustang numbers without them. If they balk, that's your answer. That's the whole play. I'll post OTD once I have two apples-to-apples sheets.
