2018 Infiniti Q50 — first HPDE in a stock street car

2018 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport, about 92,000 miles. I am doing my first beginner track day and do not care about lap records. Besides fresh brake fluid, enough pad, good tires and torque checks, what is truly necessary versus internet overkill? I would rather test this logically than replace parts.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2018 Infiniti Q50 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2018 Infiniti Q50 in Los Angeles with 92,000 miles. That's the sequence I'd use. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2018 Infiniti Q50, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. Make the next action something you can finish this week. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Useful. I'll report back after I verify that on my 2018 Infiniti Q50. That's my plan before I call anyone.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2018 Infiniti Q50 before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2018 Infiniti Q50 in Los Angeles with 92,000 miles. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
