2018 Volvo S90 — no crank with full dash power, then it starts later

Twice I have had full lights and accessories but no crank. After waiting a few minutes it starts normally. Battery terminals look clean. What would you want to measure during the actual failure?

If it were in my driveway, if a shop can't duplicate it on the 2018 Volvo S90, bring a video plus freeze-frame data, not just a story. You'll know quickly if you're on the wrong tree. That's the sequence I'd use. No warning lights, which is why I'm documenting it.

If it were in my driveway, two 2018 Volvo S90s can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. Any freeze-frame data saved? I'd rather be boring and correct. I keep a notes app thread for this now.
