2020 Kia Stinger — dealer trade versus instant offer versus private sale — Cleveland owner

2020 Kia Stinger GT2, about 79,500 miles. I am selling a clean late-model car and have three options: trade it, take an instant cash offer, or list privately. How do you decide when the extra private-party money is worth the time and risk? Mostly looking for the right next step. What would you check next?

Private-party deals fail on paperwork, not vibes. A rushed deposit before you can inspect the 2020 Kia Stinger is enough reason to walk. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2020 Kia Stinger in Cleveland with 79,500 miles. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.
