2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E450, about 68,000 miles. The car has crossed 100k and still drives well. I want to stay ahead of age-related failures instead of waiting for roadside problems. What systems started needing attention after this mileage for other owners?

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class in New Jersey, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “benz e-class — what changed after 100k,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class in New Jersey with 68,000 miles. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
