2021 Nissan Rogue — new model reveal: what matters after headline specs?

Launch stories focus on horsepower and screens, but I care about curb weight, tire sizes, cargo dimensions, serviceability, trim packaging and real transaction price. What details do you wait for? If I figure it out I will update the thread.

Software recalls make me ask how much of 'driving' lives in a module now. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2021 Nissan Rogue ownership costs yet. I'd do that before spending real money. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. I'll update if anything new shows up.

Yes, with one caveat: If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2021 Nissan Rogue ownership costs yet. Then you'll know the next fork. On “new model reveal: what matters after headline,” that was the fork that mattered for me. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

New-model numbers always look better than curb weight and tire size. On a 2021 Nissan Rogue, I'd care more about the remedy and downtime than the press wording. Then you'll know the next fork. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
