2021 Nissan Rogue SV — another software-related recall — are cars getting too centralized?

This newest recall looks like another case where a software/electronics fault affects a basic driving function. I like modern features, but it does make me wonder whether too many systems now depend on one screen/module. I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2021 Nissan Rogue in Los Angeles, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “another software-related recall — are cars getting,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the whole play. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2021 Nissan Rogue, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Just my two cents from doing this recently. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
