2022 Ford Maverick — my model year is in a recall article but my VIN is not

TrailCamper931Community StarterJul 21, 20262022 Ford Maverick XLT HybridSan Diego
This started as a small annoyance and I finally decided to track it down. 2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid, about 39,000 miles. News says my model year is involved, but the VIN lookup shows no open recall. Is that usually because only certain build ranges are affected, or can the databases lag? If I figure it out I will update the thread.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2022 Ford Maverick in San Diego, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. I'd do that before spending real money. On “my model year is in a recall,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2022 Ford Maverick owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2022 Ford Maverick in San Diego with 39,000 miles. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
