2022 Ford Maverick — preventive cleaning of the hybrid battery cooling fan — buyer question from Miami

2022 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid, about 37,000 miles. The car carries pets and sees dusty conditions. Is inspecting or cleaning the battery cooling intake/fan a reasonable preventive job when the service procedure allows it? Mostly looking for the right next step. I am trying not to assume the first explanation I see online.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2022 Ford Maverick, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. A shop burned me once by skipping that step. A day of patience here is cheaper than a wrong part. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
