2023 BMW M340i — 50,000-mile ownership report: what actually broke?

This started as a small annoyance and I finally decided to track it down. 2023 BMW M340i xDrive, about 57,500 miles. I just crossed 50k miles and want to log maintenance, unscheduled repairs, tire life, fuel economy, dealer visits, annoyances and whether I would buy the same car again.

Hard-won lesson from my last deal: A written buyer’s order on the 2023 BMW M340i is worth more than any verbal “we’ll make it work.” I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. On “50,000-mile ownership report: what actually broke,” that was the fork that mattered for me. A shop burned me once by skipping that step. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

If I were shopping this, if they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2023 BMW M340i price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Was this after sitting overnight? Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.
