2023 Kia Telluride — blower works on some speeds but not others

CamberSeller267Community StarterAug 26, 20262023 Kia Telluride SX PrestigeNationwide
2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige, about 41,500 miles. Cabin fan works normally on certain settings and then cuts out or changes speed unpredictably on others. Before replacing the blower motor, what should be checked in the resistor/controller circuit?

Ask what changed right before it started. Write temp, speed, and in-gear vs coast when the 2023 Kia Telluride does it — then decide on parts. Save the big job until that test fails. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. Two 2023 Kia Tellurides can feel identical and have different causes, so measure before you copy someone else's repair. That's the branch I'd chase this week. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. I'd rather be boring and correct. Checking again after work.

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Swap the cheap/easy piece first on the 2023 Kia Telluride and see if the fault moves. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2023 Kia Telluride in Nationwide with 41,500 miles. Keep sale price, fees, and rate as three different conversations. Cold start is when I can actually reproduce it.

Cleared nothing. I want service to see the alert on the 2023 Kia Telluride first. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
