2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige — another software-related recall — are cars getting too centralized?

2023 Kia Telluride SX Prestige, about 62,000 miles. This newest recall looks like another case where a software/electronics fault affects a basic driving function. I like modern features, but it does make me wonder whether too many systems now depend on one screen/module. I'm in Boston / New England. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

I'd wait for the actual TSB/recall population, not the headline. Check whether your 2023 Kia Telluride VIN is actually in the affected batch before you plan a dealer day. Then you'll know the next fork. On “another software-related recall — are cars getting,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Was this after sitting overnight? Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Following up on another software-related recall — are cars getting: still happening, but I have better notes now. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

New-model numbers always look better than curb weight and tire size. On a 2023 Kia Telluride, I'd care more about the remedy and downtime than the press wording. Then you'll know the next fork. On “another software-related recall — are cars getting,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the whole play. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

New-model numbers always look better than curb weight and tire size. If this is a 2027 reveal, I wouldn't map it onto today's 2023 Kia Telluride ownership costs yet. That's where I'd start. Was this after sitting overnight? Make the next action something you can finish this week. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2023 Kia Telluride in Boston / New England with 62,000 miles. Have you gotten a second quote in writing? This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
