2024 Ford F-150 — how much room below MSRP when inventory is normal?

2024 Ford F-150 Lariat 3.5 EcoBoost, about 18,000 miles. I am shopping a new car with several similar units sitting nearby. Dealer started at MSRP plus fees. What is the best way to use competing written quotes without turning the process into endless back-and-forth? I am trying to get the facts straight before spending money.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2024 Ford F-150 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. When does it actually happen? This is the version I'd tell a friend.
