2024 Ford F-150 Lariat 3.5 EcoBoost, about 14,500 miles. Trail system has short paved sections between dirt. What's a sensible pressure strategy if I don't want to air up/down every 10 minutes but also don't want to overheat the tires? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

OP update: scanned the 2024 Ford F-150 again and still only have the one pending code, no new lights. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Move a coil or plug on the 2024 Ford F-150 if it's cylinder-specific and see whether the code follows. If the cheap test changes it, stop and reassess. This is from a 2024 Ford F-150 in Connecticut with 14,500 miles. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' If the story changes I'll post the new data.
