2024 Ford F-150 — payload sticker changed my whole truck-shopping plan — anyone dealt with this recently?

I was focused on tow rating until I added passengers, cargo and tongue weight. Payload looks like the real constraint. How much buffer do you leave in a family towing setup? Interested in real owner experience more than guesses.

This is usually cheaper to test than to guess. Move a coil or plug on the 2024 Ford F-150 if it's cylinder-specific and see whether the code follows. That's the branch I'd chase this week. When does it actually happen? Only after sitting overnight so far.
