2024 Ford Mustang — conservative tune feels great — what should I log? — NYC owner question

2024 Ford Mustang GT, about 23,000 miles. I do not want to judge a tune only by how fast the car feels. Which parameters are worth logging periodically if the goal is catching fuel, knock, boost or temperature problems early? I am in NYC. Interested in real owner experience more than guesses.

Thanks, this narrowed it down. I am going to try the simpler check on the 2024 Ford Mustang first.
