2024 Ford Mustang — factory order status has not moved in weeks

2024 Ford Mustang GT, about 37,000 miles. Dealer gave me an order/reference number but the status has been unchanged for weeks. For people who have ordered cars, what updates are meaningful versus normal waiting between milestones? I am in New Jersey. What would you check next?

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Ford Mustang in New Jersey, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. I'd do that before spending real money. On “factory order status has not moved in,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

I'd push back a little: Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Ford Mustang before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2024 Ford Mustang in New Jersey with 37,000 miles. No need to make it theatrical. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. A second data point from another 2024 Ford Mustang owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. That's the sequence I'd use. I'd rather be boring and correct. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
