2024 Ford Mustang GT — need advice: Fun daily that still works for one-car ownership

I want something I enjoy on back roads but still need to commute, carry luggage and survive bad weather. Trying to avoid buying a car that only makes sense on paper. What compromises have actually mattered after a year? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread. What am I missing?

I'd slow the salesperson down here. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2024 Ford Mustang price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Hard-won lesson from my last deal: Ask for out-the-door on the 2024 Ford Mustang with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “need advice: fun daily that still works,” that was the fork that mattered for me. This is from a 2024 Ford Mustang in Raleigh. Was this after sitting overnight? That's my plan before I call anyone.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. Two 2024 Ford Mustang quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Then the comparison gets honest. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.
