2024 Kia EV9 — cPO badge versus independent PPI — buyer question from Central Jersey

The dealer says the car passed the manufacturer CPO inspection and suggests an outside inspection is unnecessary. I like the warranty but still want an independent PPI. Overkill or sensible? I am in Central Jersey. What would you check next?

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. Ask for out-the-door on the 2024 Kia EV9 with fees, add-ons, and rate on separate lines. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. On “cpo badge versus independent ppi — buyer,” that was the fork that mattered for me. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' That's my plan before I call anyone.

If I were shopping this, if they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2024 Kia EV9 price probably got worse. Then the comparison gets honest. Stop there until you know. If they only talk monthly I'm walking.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. Call your insurer in Central Jersey before you fall in love with the 2024 Kia EV9. Do that before you talk monthly again. This is from a 2024 Kia EV9 in Central Jersey. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

I would not stare at the monthly. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 2024 Kia EV9 price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. This is from a 2024 Kia EV9 in Central Jersey. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.
