2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line — anyone else: Dealer says they can't reproduce the problem

I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Kia EV9 in Ohio, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “line — anyone else: dealer says they,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the whole play. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. Wrote this up on my lunch break.
