2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line — need advice: New model reveal: what matters beyond the headline specs?

PixelDaily99Community StarterAug 9, 20262024 Kia EV9 GT-LineNYC / Long Island
2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line, about 37,000 miles. A new model just dropped and the headline numbers look good, but I'm more interested in curb weight, wheel/tire sizes, real rear-seat room, charging/fueling, repairability and what features are locked behind packages. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Don't clear the alert just to make the screen pretty. Leave the alerts on the 2024 Kia EV9 so service can see what you saw. That's where I'd start. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I already checked the easy fluid levels.

It did line — need advice: new model reveal: twice this week, both times after sitting. No change in mileage feel. I'd rather pay for diagnosis than a second guess-repair.

Low-voltage gremlins will strand you even with a full pack. Try a second charger before blaming the 2024 Kia EV9 — site sharing and pack temp change the curve a lot. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2024 Kia EV9 in NYC / Long Island with 37,000 miles. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. I'd rather pay for diagnosis than a second guess-repair.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. On the 2024 Kia EV9, I'd get the 12V/DC-DC side checked even if the traction pack looks fine. That's where I'd start. On “line — need advice: new model reveal:,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Monthly payment math is how wallets disappear. I'd rather pay for diagnosis than a second guess-repair.

Not driving it hard until I know more.
