2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line — question: Dealer says they can't reproduce the problem

2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line, about 118,000 miles. I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse?

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Kia EV9 in Detroit, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “line — question: dealer says they can't,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Wrote this up on my lunch break.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Kia EV9 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2024 Kia EV9 in Detroit with 118,000 miles. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

Asking because it changes the advice: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Kia EV9, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. That's where I'd start. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

I'd push back a little: Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Kia EV9 before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
