2024 Kia EV9 — how much reconditioning is worth doing before listing?

This started as a small annoyance and I finally decided to track it down. 2024 Kia EV9 GT-Line, about 32,000 miles. Car needs tires soon and has a few cosmetic issues. I am not sure whether spending money first will return more in the sale price. What repairs or detailing usually pay back and what should just be disclosed? I am in Dallas. Mostly looking for the right next step.

Following up on how much reconditioning is worth doing before: still happening, but I have better notes now. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Asking because it changes the advice: If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Kia EV9, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. I'd do that before spending real money. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Owner notes beat generic advice here. On the 2024 Kia EV9 in Dallas, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. Then you'll know the next fork. On “how much reconditioning is worth doing before,” that was the fork that mattered for me. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Kia EV9 before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. Happy to compare notes if your setup is different. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

I hear you, though I'd still want a second check. A second data point from another 2024 Kia EV9 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. Post the numbers (or the code) and people can get more specific. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
