2024 Land Rover Defender — 0 percent promo versus a cash rebate — trying to narrow this down

If I were shopping this, i would not wire money until I've seen the 2024 Land Rover Defender and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. This is from a 2024 Land Rover Defender in Orange County. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. Going to compare one more dealer before I decide.
