2024 Land Rover Defender — rolling negative equity into another car — trying to narrow this down

2024 Land Rover Defender 110 P400, about 34,000 miles. Current car is worth less than the payoff and I need something different. Dealer says they can roll the difference into the new loan. I am trying to understand how ugly the math gets before doing that. I would rather test this logically than replace parts. What would you check next?

Title status is the whole conversation. Bill of sale, VIN, odometer, and names matching the title — I'd want all four on the 2024 Land Rover Defender. That's where I'd start. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. Sleeping on the number either way.
