2025 BMW M3 — what changed after 100k miles?

2025 BMW M3 Competition, about 21,500 miles. The car has crossed 100k and still drives well. I want to stay ahead of age-related failures instead of waiting for roadside problems. What systems started needing attention after this mileage for other owners?

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2025 BMW M3 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2025 BMW M3 before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. That's the whole play. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
