2025 Lucid Air Pure — apartment charging without a dedicated garage outlet

TowTravelerCommunity StarterApr 16, 20262025 Lucid Air PurePennsylvania
I can charge at work sometimes but not at home. For people living in apartments, what combination of public charging, workplace charging and occasional fast charging has actually been practical? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Low-voltage gremlins will strand you even with a full pack. Try a second charger before blaming the 2025 Lucid Air — site sharing and pack temp change the curve a lot. That's where I'd start. Happy to compare notes if your setup is different. Worth doing even if the car feels fine right now. Next check is the cheap one I can do in a driveway.

Don't clear the alert just to make the screen pretty. Leave the alerts on the 2025 Lucid Air so service can see what you saw. Then you'll know the next fork. This is from a 2025 Lucid Air in Pennsylvania. When does it actually happen? I already checked the easy fluid levels.

Quick add on that: On the 2025 Lucid Air, I'd get the 12V/DC-DC side checked even if the traction pack looks fine. That's where I'd start. On “apartment charging without a dedicated garage outlet,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Parts cannon is a personality type I try to avoid. I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.

Agree — and I'd add this: Leave the alerts on the 2025 Lucid Air so service can see what you saw. That's where I'd start. That's the whole play. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Charge curves lie if you don't match starting SOC and temp. Match starting SOC and battery temp if you're comparing 2025 Lucid Air charge sessions. Then you'll know the next fork. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. No warning lights, which is why I'm documenting it.

I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2025 Lucid Air in Pennsylvania. The universe charges extra for guessing. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. That's my plan before I call anyone.

I went back under the 2025 Lucid Air and it only happens after a heat soak, not on a cold start. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
