2025 Porsche Macan — surface rust underneath a winter daily

There is early surface rust on brackets, fasteners and seams underneath, but nothing structural. For a salt-belt car, what treatment slows it down without creating a hard coating that traps moisture?

This is a climate question as much as a tire question. If Phoenix only sees a few real storms, a good all-weather on the 2025 Porsche Macan can be the saner daily. That's where I'd start. This is from a 2025 Porsche Macan in Phoenix. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Next check is the cheap one I can do in a driveway.
