Air down for trails but still drive pavement between sections

Trail system has short paved sections between dirt. What's a sensible pressure strategy if I don't want to air up/down every 10 minutes but also don't want to overheat the tires? Trying to diagnose before I book a shop.

I'd want a measurement, not a hunch. Loaded-suspension checks on the 2023 Ford Bronco catch play that a wheels-hanging inspection misses. Save the big job until that test fails. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I keep a notes app thread for this now.
