Alignment still pulls after tires were rotated

Car started pulling slightly right after a tire rotation. Alignment printout is technically in spec. Is it worth cross-rotating tires to check radial pull before paying for another alignment? I'm in Central Florida. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread. What am I missing?

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 1990 Ford F-150 before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. Not gospel, but it saved me a headache. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. I'll update if anything new shows up.

I'd push back a little: If it still isn't clear on the 1990 Ford F-150, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. I'd do that before spending real money. Just my two cents from doing this recently. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 1990 Ford F-150 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 1990 Ford F-150 in Central Florida. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. I'd rather be boring and correct. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
