First used oil analysis — what should I care about?

1951 Ford F-1 Custom, about 8,200 miles. Thinking about sending an oil sample in mostly to establish a baseline. For a normal street car, which numbers are actually useful over time and which ones do people overreact to? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.
