Inside shoulder wearing much faster than rest of tire

2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Limited, about 1,200 miles. Front tires look fine from the outside but the inner shoulders are nearly done. Car is lowered a little. I'd rather fix the alignment than just keep buying tires—what measurements should I ask the shop for besides toe? I'm in Michigan. Appreciate any ideas on what to check first.

I'd treat 12V warnings as a no-ignore. On the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5, I'd get the 12V/DC-DC side checked even if the traction pack looks fine. Then you'll know the next fork. On “inside shoulder wearing much faster than rest,” that was the fork that mattered for me. I'd want a dollar figure or a measured spec, not 'should be fine.' Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Low-voltage gremlins will strand you even with a full pack. Try a second charger before blaming the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 — site sharing and pack temp change the curve a lot. Then you'll know the next fork. Just my two cents from doing this recently. Checking again after work.

It did inside shoulder wearing much faster than rest twice this week, both times after sitting. No change in mileage feel. I'll update if anything new shows up.

Don't clear the alert just to make the screen pretty. Leave the alerts on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 so service can see what you saw. I'd do that before spending real money. Write the result down so the next test isn't a repeat of the last one. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Agree — and I'd add this: Leave the alerts on the 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 so service can see what you saw. I'd do that before spending real money. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. Not trying to scare you — just skip the expensive first guess. Next check is the cheap one I can do in a driveway.
