Need advice: Dealer says they can't reproduce the problem

CityGeek60Community StarterJun 21, 20262024 Polestar 2 Long Range Dual MotorConnecticut
I've brought the car in twice for an intermittent warning and both times the dealer says no fault found. I have video and timestamps. What's the best way to document this so there's a useful service history if it gets worse? I'd rather test this logically than start replacing parts.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Polestar 2 before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Yes, with one caveat: On the 2024 Polestar 2 in Connecticut, I'd fix the thing you'll notice every day before chasing spec-sheet extras. That's where I'd start. On “dealer says they can't reproduce the problem,” that was the fork that mattered for me. Had a similar mess a couple years ago and that's what finally sorted it. This is the filter I use when the thread starts repeating itself. That's my plan before I call anyone.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Polestar 2 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. That's where I'd start. Take it or leave it — that's what I'd do. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2024 Polestar 2, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. I'm in no rush to be a hero on it.
