Need advice: Tune transformed the car, but what should I log?

2020 Audi Q7 55 TFSI, about 22,000 miles. Running a conservative tune and the car feels great. I don't want to judge reliability by seat-of-the-pants though. Which parameters would you log periodically—fuel trims, knock, boost target, temperatures, something else? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first. Ambient temp was about 84°F when I noticed it.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2020 Audi Q7 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. If they balk, that's your answer. This is from a 2020 Audi Q7 in Las Vegas with 22,000 miles. Monthly payment math is how wallets disappear. I'd rather be boring and correct. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. Two 2020 Audi Q7 quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. The universe charges extra for guessing. If the VIN lookup is clean I'm still doing PPI.
