2016 Ford Focus — 50,000-mile ownership report: what actually broke?

2016 Ford Focus ST, about 148,500 miles. I just crossed 50k miles and want to log maintenance, unscheduled repairs, tire life, fuel economy, dealer visits, annoyances and whether I would buy the same car again. Mostly looking for the right next step.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. Call your insurer in Bay Area before you fall in love with the 2016 Ford Focus. If they balk, that's your answer. This is from a 2016 Ford Focus in Bay Area with 148,500 miles. Just my two cents from doing this recently. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.
