2018 BMW 340i — what changed after 100k miles?

That's a good start, but I wouldn't stop there. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2018 BMW 340i before a big repair or a big spend. That's where I'd start. Learned this the expensive way on a previous car. I'll update if anything new shows up.
