2021 Nissan Rogue SV — project car budget is already getting away from me

Bought a cheap project because the shell was solid, and now the 'small stuff' list is longer than the drivetrain list. How do you guys prioritize safety/reliability, fabrication, cosmetics and power without rebuilding the car three times? I'm in Nationwide. Any data points from owners would help.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2021 Nissan Rogue owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. I'd rather be boring and correct. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
