2021 Nissan Rogue SV — question: 50k-mile ownership check-in

Crossed 50k miles, so I figured I'd post what has actually broken, what maintenance cost, tire life, fuel economy, annoying quirks and whether I'd buy the same car again. Appreciate any ideas on what to check first.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2021 Nissan Rogue and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Then the comparison gets honest. When does it actually happen? I've seen both outcomes, which is why I'd test instead of assume. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.

Insurance and tax belong in the comparison, not as a surprise. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2021 Nissan Rogue so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. On “question: 50k-mile ownership check-in,” that was the fork that mattered for me. When does it actually happen? I'd rather look cautious in this thread than stuck later.
