2022 Tesla Model 3 — 50,000-mile ownership report: what actually broke?

DealHaulerCommunity StarterJun 12, 20262022 Tesla Model 3 Long RangeLos Angeles
2022 Tesla Model 3 Long Range, about 46,500 miles. I just crossed 50k miles and want to log maintenance, unscheduled repairs, tire life, fuel economy, dealer visits, annoyances and whether I would buy the same car again.

I would not stare at the monthly. In Los Angeles, insurance quotes flipped a 2022 Tesla Model 3 comparison for me more than the sale price did. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. If they can't show the line item, I assume it's hiding. If the title is messy I'm out, full stop.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2022 Tesla Model 3 and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Treat this like a math problem, not a vibe. Keep sale price, trade, and financing split on the 2022 Tesla Model 3 so a “good payment” cannot bury a worse deal. Do that before you talk monthly again. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. I'd rather be boring and correct. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.

If I were shopping this, two 2022 Tesla Model 3 quotes only help if both include tax, title, and the same options. That's the part that actually changes the decision. This is from a 2022 Tesla Model 3 in Los Angeles with 46,500 miles. Post the numbers (or the code) and people can get more specific. Doc fee is the line I'm watching.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. I would not wire money until I've seen the 2022 Tesla Model 3 and the title situation in person or via a trusted PPI. That's the part that actually changes the decision. If it doesn't change the out-the-door or the repair estimate, it's noise. Make the next action something you can finish this week. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Get the messy numbers in writing first. Call your insurer in Los Angeles before you fall in love with the 2022 Tesla Model 3. Do that before you talk monthly again. On “50,000-mile ownership report: what actually broke,” that was the fork that mattered for me. That's the whole play. I screenshotted the quote for later.

The trap is a pretty payment hiding a worse car price. If one piece looks too good on the 2022 Tesla Model 3, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Then the comparison gets honest. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. Not letting add-ons ride along because everyone does.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 2022 Tesla Model 3 numbers without them. Do that before you talk monthly again. This is from a 2022 Tesla Model 3 in Los Angeles with 46,500 miles. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. Going to re-read the worksheet tonight.

I'd slow the salesperson down here. If one piece looks too good on the 2022 Tesla Model 3, hunt doc fees, accessories, and the APR next. Then the comparison gets honest. Run the total, not the monthly, before you commit. That's coming from doing this as an owner, not a shop. If the story changes I'll post the new data.

I'd want competing paper, not competing stories. Call your insurer in Los Angeles before you fall in love with the 2022 Tesla Model 3. If they balk, that's your answer. I'd want that in writing, not as a promise. I'd sleep better after that step, even if it finds nothing. If this is nothing, great. I want that in data.
