Budget allows one meaningful upgrade. Current street tires are decent and brakes are standard replacements. Which upgrade helps a new driver learn more before adding other parts?

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Ford Mustang before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. No need to make it theatrical. Doing the boring step first on purpose.
