Question: Fun daily that still works for one-car ownership

CleanPilot15Community StarterApr 19, 20262025 BMW M3 Competition xDriveHouston
I want something I enjoy on back roads but still need to commute, carry luggage and survive bad weather. Trying to avoid buying a car that only makes sense on paper. What compromises have actually mattered after a year? Appreciate any ideas on what to check first.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2025 BMW M3 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Just my two cents from doing this recently. This is the version I'd tell a friend.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2025 BMW M3, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. Monthly payment math is how wallets disappear. If the story changes I'll post the new data.
