Question: Who is actually discounting below MSRP in this region?

Inventory looks better but dealer quotes still vary a lot. I'm not looking to name-and-shame anyone—just trying to get a sense of whether people are seeing real discounts locally before I drive two hours. If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Thanks — that narrowed it. I'm going to try the simpler check on the 1990 Ford F-150 first. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.

Quick add on that: A second data point from another 1990 Ford F-150 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. The universe charges extra for guessing. Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Agree — and I'd add this: A second data point from another 1990 Ford F-150 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. Monthly payment math is how wallets disappear. I'd rather be boring and correct. This is the version I'd tell a friend.
