Fun daily that still works for one-car ownership

1951 Ford F-1 Custom, about 4,800 miles. I want something I enjoy on back roads but still need to commute, carry luggage and survive bad weather. Trying to avoid buying a car that only makes sense on paper. What compromises have actually mattered after a year? If I fix it I'll come back and update the thread.

Compare apples to apples or you'll get spun. GAP, paint, and nitrogen are optional until you run the 1951 Ford F-1 numbers without them. I'd rather lose the car than buy a foggy deal. Happy to compare notes if your setup is different. PPI guy I use is booked until next week, so I'm waiting.

Walk if they won't put it on a buyer’s order. If they're pushing term length to shrink the payment, the 1951 Ford F-1 price probably got worse. Screenshot the worksheet if you can. Any freeze-frame data saved? This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.
