Mustang track-day wheel size that clears big brakes

I want a dedicated wheel/tire setup for HPDE and would prefer more sidewall than the street setup. What's the right way to confirm barrel/spoke clearance around the larger brakes rather than relying only on diameter? Any data points from owners would help. Ambient temp was about 72°F when I noticed it.

I'd keep this practical. Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2024 Ford Mustang before a big repair or a big spend. Then you'll know the next fork. That's the whole play. Your commute and mine probably aren't the same, but the test still applies. Doing the boring step first on purpose.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2024 Ford Mustang owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. Then you'll know the next fork. Just my two cents from doing this recently. This is the version I'd tell a friend.
