2018 Ford F-150 — conservative tune feels great — what should I log?

2018 Ford F-150 XLT 2.7 EcoBoost, about 82,500 miles. I do not want to judge a tune only by how fast the car feels. Which parameters are worth logging periodically if the goal is catching fuel, knock, boost or temperature problems early? I would rather test this logically than replace parts.

Write down what you already tried. A second data point from another 2018 Ford F-150 owner helps more than a generic diagnosis. I'd do that before spending real money. When does it actually happen? Might be overthinking it, but I'd rather overthink than overspend.

Asking because it changes the advice: Verify the cheap/easy branch on the 2018 Ford F-150 before a big repair or a big spend. I'd do that before spending real money. This is from a 2018 Ford F-150 in Orange County with 82,500 miles. Verbal 'we'll take care of it' is not a plan. This is me being the wet blanket on purpose.

Don't overfit one forum story to your car. If it still isn't clear on the 2018 Ford F-150, a specialist hour can be cheaper than another round of parts. Then you'll know the next fork. If you share a photo of the worksheet, easier to sanity-check. I'm keeping receipts and dates in one folder.
